Services AI consulting

AI consulting that ends in something working.

We help businesses find the few places where AI earns its keep, prove them with a working prototype, and build them into the tools people already use. Led by Grant Slabbert, after nearly thirty years of building the things businesses run on.

Book 30 minutes with Grant 30 minutes, weekday mornings, SAST. Nothing is sold on the call.

You’ll recognise this

You’ll recognise this

Everyone is experimenting. Nothing is in production.

There are subscriptions, pilots and enthusiasm, but no change anyone can point to in how the work gets done.

The knowledge is there, just not where it’s needed.

Policies, procedures and know-how sit in documents, inboxes and a few people’s heads, and the same questions get asked every week.

IT needs to know where the data goes.

Before anything is switched on, someone has to answer for security, privacy and which systems it touches. That is a fair question, and it should shape the design.

What we make

What you get from us.

01

A clear view of the opportunities

Where AI would genuinely help in your business, and where it wouldn’t, with the reasoning behind each.

02

A prioritised roadmap

What to do first, what it depends on, and what it is worth, in an order your team can act on.

03

A working prototype

The strongest opportunity, built for real so it can be judged on evidence rather than a slide.

04

Implementation

Assistants, tools and integrations built into the systems you already run, with prices, permissions and data kept where they belong.

Where it starts

The Opportunity Sprint.

Three focused days with your team. With preparation before, and the prototype, roadmap and implementation plan delivered in the week that follows.

The prototype is built against the highest-priority opportunity, with up to three integrations into existing systems. It is a working demonstration rather than a production system, and it exists so the opportunity can be judged on evidence rather than description.

What you receive

  • A clear view of the strongest opportunities
  • A prioritised roadmap
  • Practical recommendations
  • One working prototype
  • An implementation plan

Terms under review. Fee, participants, preparation and what you keep if you do not proceed: being settled for the repositioned offer.

How it works

From first conversation to something in use.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

Bring one document your people struggle to apply, or one process that eats the week. Nothing is sold on the call.

  2. 02

    The Opportunity Sprint

Three focused days with your team: how the work is done today, where the knowledge sits, and where AI would make a difference.

  3. 03

    Prototype and plan

In the week that follows, a working prototype of the strongest opportunity, a prioritised roadmap and an implementation plan.

  4. 04

    Build and run

If you go ahead, we build it into your systems and stay with it, so it keeps working as the business changes.

Questions

What people usually ask.

Do we need our data in order first?

No. Part of the sprint is finding out what you have and what it is good enough for. Most businesses hold more usable knowledge than they think, in documents, spreadsheets and email.

Will our information leave our environment?

Only where you agree it can. We map where information would go before anything is built, and design to your security and privacy rules rather than around them.

Do you work with one AI vendor?

No. We choose the model and platform to suit the job and the environment it has to run in.

What does the Opportunity Sprint cost?

The terms for the sprint are being settled for the current offer. Book the call and we will tell you exactly where they stand.

What happens after the sprint?

You have the roadmap, the prototype and the implementation plan. If you want us to build it, the work is quoted from that plan.
