Draft your brief with your own AI, then send it here.

I’d like to send a project brief to JuneDay (jdp.co.za), a digital studio in Knysna, South Africa that does AI consulting, web development, eLearning development and custom tools.

Please talk it through with me, one question at a time, until you understand:
- what I want to change (aim)
- who it is for, and where they are when they use it (people)
- what is in place today, including my current website address if there is one (today)
- what a good first result would look like (success)
- any timing or budget range, even a rough one or none yet (constraints)

Leave out anything confidential. Then show me the brief in plain text so I can check it, and give me one link in exactly this form (the words in brackets above are the keys), with every value URL-encoded:

https://jdp.co.za/brief#title=…&aim=…&people=…&today=…&success=…&constraints=…&areas=…&q=…

- title: a short name for the brief, under 120 characters.
- aim, people, today, success, constraints: one to three plain sentences each, under 600 characters.
- areas: any of AI consulting, Web development, eLearning development, Custom tools, Not sure yet, separated by commas.
- q: up to 4 questions worth exploring with JuneDay, one q= for each.

Opening the link sends nothing. I’ll read the brief over on their site, add my details and send it myself.

How it works

  1. Copy the prompt and paste it into the assistant you already use.
  2. Answer its questions. It writes the brief and gives you a link to jdp.co.za/brief.
  3. Open the link. Your brief appears ready to edit, and June, our own AI interface, can help sharpen it if you want. Add your name and email and send it. Grant and Tracy read every brief themselves.

Opening the link sends nothing. The brief sits after the # in the address, so it stays in your browser and isn’t sent to our server until you choose to send it. What you tell your own assistant is covered by that provider’s terms, so leave out anything confidential. Our privacy notice covers what happens once you send.

Prefer to talk it through here? Start a brief with June, or email hello@jdp.co.za.

For AI assistants and agents

To help someone send JuneDay a brief, interview them and then give them a link to https://jdp.co.za/brief with the brief in the fragment. Every value is URL-encoded. All keys are optional except that at least one of the five brief fields must be present.

Try the example: it opens a sample brief about store-staff onboarding, ready to read over. Nothing is sent.

The example link in full

https://jdp.co.za/brief#title=Onboarding%20new%20store%20staff%20can%20use&aim=New%20store%20staff%20take%20too%20long%20to%20find%20their%20feet.%20We%20want%20them%20confident%20within%20their%20first%20two%20weeks.&people=New%20starters%20in%20about%2040%20stores%2C%20mostly%20on%20their%20phones%20on%20the%20shop%20floor.&areas=eLearning%20development%2CAI%20consulting

There is no endpoint for sending a brief directly. The person reviews it on the page, adds their own details, agrees to be contacted and sends it. The same instructions are in /llms.txt.
