A first week.
A real contribution.
A welcome becomes a path. Practice gets immediate feedback. The business sees progress and where support is needed.
A little guidance. A confident beginning.Welcome, Jordan.
We’re glad you’re here.
“You don’t need all the answers today. Start by understanding the request, and we’ll work through the next step together.”
Your first contribution
Turn a customer request into a clear handover.
- 01 / TODAYMeet your mentor and practise a decision.
- 02 / TOGETHERDraft your first handover with guidance.
- 03 / THIS WEEKUse immediate feedback, then practise the next situation.
A first week that ends with real work done well.
A new coordinator is welcomed by name, meets their mentor and gets a path built for their role. Their first task is a real one: turn a changed customer request into a clear handover. They draft it, AI reviews it against the team’s own handover guide, they revise it, and their manager sees the whole cohort’s progress and who needs support.
An induction slide deck, a login to the learning system, a buddy who is busy with their own work, and a first real task attempted with no feedback until something goes wrong.
Practice happens on the kind of work they will actually do, reviewed against your standard rather than a generic quiz. The review shows the guide and version it used, so it can be trusted and challenged. The manager sees common gaps across the group, not just completion ticks.
In a real build, the tool sits across the systems you already run. It reads what it needs, and writes what people do back to the system that owns it.
- Reads fromHR systemThe new starter’s role, team and start date
- Reads fromKnowledge base or shared driveTeam guides, policies and examples
- Reads fromCRM or ticketing systemPractice tasks built from real templates
- Writes toYour LMS, as SCORM or xAPIProgress and completions
The course and the job are the same place. What is learned on Monday is practised on a real handover by Wednesday, with help one tap away, and completions still report to your learning system.
- New starterA path, a mentor and feedback on real work.
- MentorA draft already reviewed, so the conversation starts further on.
- People teamWhere the cohort is stuck, while it can still be fixed.
This is a working concept: a fictional business, sample data and scripted AI responses, with nothing connected. JuneDay builds the real thing around your own work and systems.
