How does your subscription model work?
Our subscription model is based on a single stream of custom eLearning content development. This means we work closely with you on one project at a time, dedicating our expertise to crafting high-quality and highly focused training materials based on your specific needs. We intentionally limit the number of clients we take on at any given time to ensure we can deliver exceptional service and personalized attention to each project.
Can I request multiple projects at once?
While we offer a single stream per subscription, you can certainly request multiple projects. Each project will require a separate subscription. This allows us to dedicate the necessary resources and attention to each project, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery. Additionally, due to our commitment to focused service and limited client intake, we may not always be able to accommodate multiple simultaneous projects.
Can I upload to receive multiple streams?
Currently, we don’t offer an option to upgrade your subscription to include multiple concurrent streams. However, if you have ongoing needs for multiple projects, we can discuss alternative solutions or custom package options to meet your specific requirements
What happens if I complete the first project and need more content in the future?
Since this is an ongoing monthly subscription, you’re welcome to request additional projects as needed, one at a time. We’ll work on them sequentially, ensuring each project receives our full attention and expertise. Any project not fully completed within the current month will carry over and continue development in the next billing period.
Is there a limit to the number of subscriptions I can purchase?
There is no inherent limit to the number of subscriptions you can purchase. However, due to our focus on providing exceptional service to a limited number of clients at any given time, we may need to assess your specific needs and available resources before confirming the feasibility of multiple subscriptions.
Is the subscription ongoing? Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, the subscription is ongoing on a monthly basis. You have the flexibility to cancel at any time. While we strive to deliver exceptional value, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds due to our limited client intake and the dedicated time invested in each project.
What type of animation do you use?
We primarily utilize Vyond for creating engaging animations within your eLearning content. This industry-standard tool allows us to craft visually appealing and informative elements for your training materials.
Do you offer video production services?
While our focus lies on eLearning content development, we understand the potential value of video integration. We can provide video production quotes upon request, allowing you to explore the option of incorporating live-action or more complex video elements into your training program.
What authoring tool do you use?
We develop your eLearning content in Articulate Storyline 360, ensuring industry-standard quality and compatibility with your Learning Management System (LMS)
How do I integrate your eLearning content into my LMS?
We provide SCORM files for your eLearning content, allowing you to seamlessly upload them into your preferred LMS for easy access and management by your learners.
How do you handle video delivery?
For videos included in your eLearning content, we offer two options:
- Download: We provide MP4 video files for you to download and upload to your preferred video hosting platform.
- Upload to your platform: Upon request, we can upload the videos to your designated video platform for your convenience.
